  • You will receive a refund credit to your Viewsta.com account if the order is non-deliverable. No refunds will be made to your payment method.

    After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance on orders from Viewsta.com.

    You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason. If you file a dispute or charge-back against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any followers or likes we delivered to your or your clients' Instagram/Facebook/Twitter or other social media account.

    Orders placed in Viewsta.com will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed.

    Misplaced or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.

    Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to the termination of your account.

    Please do not use more than one server at the same time for the same page. We cannot give you the correct followers/likes number in that case. We will not refund for these orders.

  • To make a request you need to contact our support team via live-chat or ticket system on viewsta.com

    Your request should contain the following particulars:

    1. Payment Method
    2. Amount
    3. Time of Payment
    4. Screenshot of a bill (no personal information required)

    It will help our financial department resolve your issue in a timely manner.

  • In order to prevent fraud activity our system requires KYC verification. Right after spotting suspicious transaction, our system sends you a message:

    Your transaction was marked as high-risk by the payment system, because it was without 3D secure. In this case we are obliged to verify your identity to confirm that the card belongs to you and ensure legitimacy of the transaction.

    In order to complete the payment we kindly ask you to send us the following:

    1. Photos of the sides of the card you used for this payment and where we can clearly see your name, surname and the LAST 4 digits of the card’s number. Surely, you can cover part of your card's number and CVV.
    2. Photo of your ID (Similarly, you can cover part of the digits from your ID number.)
    3. A selfie with your ID where we can see clearly: your face, name and surname.

    Please note, thatit takes some time to update our allow-list manually, so you might receive a few more high-risk notifications after sending the docs. However, it is enough to provide it just once, after that your transactions will be approved soon.

    From this moment you can do one of the following: completing the verification progress or refuse to do so. Following first one you can send the required docs to our financial department directly through your personal account on Viewsta.com

    If you are to refuse to complete the verification, you will receive a refund within 5-10 days.

    If you would like to make payment via PayPal you can use PayPal Prepaid Mastercard.

    If there are enough funds but you still can’t complete the transaction then you should contact your bank to resolve the issue or use another payment method.

    If your transaction is completed and the amount is debited but there is still no funds on your Viewsta account, please check our articlededicated to this problem.

  • Funds are credited to your account within 15 minutes after replenishment, but sometimes it can take more time.

    2. Time (with timezone) and date of your payment;
    3. Amount paid;
