• What is Subscription?

  Subscription or autopromotion is a unique promotion system that will allow you to save time, automate your promotional campaigns, and escape the constant manual creation of orders. With a subscription, you can set up an automated flow of followers, views, likes, and comments for every new video that is released on your channel.

• Can I have drip-feed and a subscription for all of the services?

  As of now, drip-feed and subscription are available not for all social media platforms and service types that we provide. Check the availability of these features in the service type descriptions. If you need to have these features for the chosen services, contact us for more information and support.

• Can I cancel my subscription if I don’t want to use the services anymore?

  Absolutely! To cancel your subscription you need to go to your account settings and disable it from there.

• Why my ordered boosts did not work on my last content upload?

  With the subscription option, all the boosts and orders you have requested will be delivered to your next content upload, not the last one. So keep that in mind and try to be strategic about your promotional campaigns.

• How to use subscription in my campaigns?

  Subscription are turning on only for your next content upload and do not provide boosts for your previous uploads. So to set up your promo subscription you need to:

  1. Go to personal account and start creating new order
  2. Select Subscription and fill the form
  3. Select the services and quantity of each order you want to promote every new video. Orders will be created every time automatically when a new video is uploaded.

  

  And… that’s it! Now you have automated promotions and that newfound free time!

• Why was my order marked as unpaid and did not go through?

  If the system tells you that your order is unpaid and any of the boosts were not delivered, then the reason is probably that you do not have enough money in your wallet. Check the wallet balance and see if there is enough sum for the transaction to work. If everything is alright with the balance, contact our Support Team to resolve the issue.
